Out with the old in with the new 2012

NYE was spent with some of Adams family! We hosted which I was fond of - no long drive after all that fun!

Here are just a few pics from the night - miss Em missed the new year by about 1 1/2 hours! That girl loves her sleep!

It's always a good feeling to bring in a new year with lots of laughter!

Although so many wonderful things happened in 2012 I was glad to see it go! I was going to do a year on review via blog posts but I'm majorly lazy. What sums up the year was some cray cray kids who are hilarious and gross, a lot of proud mom moments of TWO preschoolers, my love for my husband has grown in a beautiful way, our relationship has shifted into a new wonderful phase. No longer newlyweds yet finding a good balance. We had a great family trip to a beach (though it might be kinda 'fake' - no FL - but awesome!)

There have been our ups and downs, minor sicknesses and financial setbacks but looking back I can see it - 2012 was all about rebuilding, settling into changes, raising growing (now school age children), laying a good foundation.

2013 is our comeback year and I cannot wait! I look for good things to come! I've got a healthy awesome family - what could get better than that?!
